Repeating items

Events and tasks can repeat. In the form, open Repeats and choose:

• Every day
• Every weekday (Mon–Fri)
• Every week on the day it starts
• Every year on its date
• Custom…

Custom

• Days: every so many days.
• Weekly: on the days of the week you pick.
• Yearly: on its date.
• Ends: Never, On a date, or After a number of times.

A summary under the picker reads the rule back to you.

Change one, some, or all

When you move or delete one occurrence of a repeating item, Sorus asks which: This one, This and following, or All. When you edit one, the form's buttons ask the same: Save this one, Save following, Save all.

An occurrence you changed on its own shows This one: Edited on its card.

A new repeat rule always applies from the occurrence you're editing on, so use Save following to change it.

Only plain events and tasks repeat. An item of a type that extends Event or Task can't, for now.
