Tasks
Every checkbox you write in a page is a task, and Tasks in the sidebar lists them all in one place: what's overdue, what's due today, what's coming, and what has no day yet. The number beside Tasks is how many are overdue or due today.
Write a task
In any page, start a line with - [ ]. To give it a day, type @due and when, such as @due friday or @due in 3 days, and press ↵. It shows as a chip with the day, red once it's passed. Sorus writes it as 📅 2026-10-20, and you can type that too. It's the same way Obsidian's Tasks writes them, so tasks you import keep their days.
In Tasks, type in the line at the top to add one to today's journal. End it with @ and a day, such as Call Ana @friday or Pay rent @next monday, to give it that day.
Tick one off
Tick a task in Tasks and it's ticked in its page too. Click the page's name beside it to open the page. Show done shows the ones already ticked.
