Review
Review, in the sidebar after Calendar, is where what's waiting on you gathers. The number beside it says how much.
- To review: pages and objects marked
@review, and pages you captured from anywhere to sort later. - Reminders that are due.
- Today: time today that nothing accounts for. Fill in opens Today to fill it.
- Fields you left to fill in later.
- In pages: blanks you left in your writing.
Click a row to open where it's from. It leaves Review once it's dealt with.
To review
Write @review anywhere in a page or an object's page, and it waits in Review until you've looked at it. Words after it on the line say what for: Check the budget @review, or @review the dates. In Review, click the page to open it, and Done when you've looked at it: Sorus takes @review out of the page, keeping the rest of the line, and it leaves Review.
A page you make from the capture window with ⌘↵ starts marked @review, so Review is also where what you captured waits to be sorted.
Reminders
In a page, type @remind and when, such as:
@remind tomorrow 9am@remind friday@remind next monday at 14:30@remind oct 14 8pm@remind in 2 hours
A hint below says when it'll be; press ↵. The reminder takes the rest of the line as what it's about, and shows as a chip with its time. A day without a time is at 9 in the morning.
When it's due, Sorus shows a notification, even with its window closed, as long as Sorus is running. Click it to open the page. In Review, choose Later (an hour), Tomorrow (9 in the morning) or Done. Click the chip in the page for the same.
To be told even before you've opened Sorus, turn on Open Sorus at login in Settings. It opens out of sight.
Fields to fill in later
On an object's page, point at an empty field and click Later. Add a hint, such as ask Ana, if you like. The field shows as a dashed blank with its hint, and it's listed in Review until you fill it in.
You can also type ? or ___ in an empty field, or in a table's cell.
A required field is never just empty: until it's filled in, it's a blank, and Review lists it. A blank counts as filled for a required field: it's there, just not known yet. Totals and averages that include a blank are blank too, until it's filled.
Don't know in Review stops asking about it.
Blanks in pages
Type ___ in a sentence, such as Hotel confirmation: ___. It shows as a dashed line, and Review lists it until you replace it. A line of underscores on its own is still a divider.
