Blanks

A blank is a stretch of your day that no activity accounts for. Since switching activities ends the one before, blanks appear only where something ended and nothing started: you pressed stop, or moved an end earlier.

Sorus ignores gaps shorter than five minutes, and the time before your first activity of the day, since it can't know when your day began.

Fill a blank

Blanks show on Today's timeline between your activities. Click one, and Sorus asks What happened here?

  • Click a suggestion: the activity before it (kept going), the one after it (started early), or one you've done lately.
  • Or type Something else… and press ↵.
  • Or choose Don't know, and Sorus stops asking about it.

The side panel shows how many blanks are left and how long they come to.

Changed your mind

A stretch marked Don't know stays on the timeline. Click it and choose Ask about it again to make it a blank again.
